Thanks Caleb and Michael! Loved your Episode. I know that as someone who has used both over the years they have both been very helpful to me. In my mind, I would say that Philosophy would be better for questions that deal with "How should I live?" On the other hand, Therapy is a good place for questions about "Why do I feel this way?" One of the big things that brought me to Philosophy and Stoicism in particular, were questions that I had about meaning, virtue, and purpose. Things that are a matter of living well. This episode raised a question in my mind as someone relatively new to Stoicism. "Is seeking therapy ever "un-Stoic," or can it be a form of "living according to nature?" Keep up the great work. I'll be back!

Great points David, I think I've landed somewhere similar. Philosophy aims to provide holistic answers, where-as therapy can be best for non-judgemental discovery.
