Learning a lot from you and Caleb. I did a ton of meditation since 2020 and I am interested in Buddhism & Stoicism, the approach you guys take and the wealth of knowledge you clearly have is really helping me in practicing Stoicism, and just my general interest in philosophy. I guess this is a very long winded way of saying: keep up the good work!
This was a great piece that pulled it all together for me. I still have a lot to learn and out into practice, but this was a great way for me to see the big picture or framework of Stoic Philosophy.
